Contact
Every way to reach us is below. Email is the one we watch most closely — social messages get missed when the inbox is busy.
Safeguarding and urgent concerns
If you are worried about the safety of a young person on Brydge, or someone has contacted a player in a way that concerns you, email hello@brydgesports.com with “Safeguarding” in the subject line and we will prioritise it. If a child is at immediate risk, contact the police on 999 first — we are not an emergency service.
Copyright and your content
If a video, photo or anything else on Brydge uses your work without permission, email hello@brydgesports.com with “Copyright” in the subject line. If you have the app, you can also report the post and choose “Uses my video or content”. Please tell us:
- the link to the post, or the player’s name and roughly when it was posted;
- what the original work is and that you own it, or are allowed to act for whoever does;
- how we can reach you.
We take down content that infringes someone’s rights, tell the person who posted it, and close the accounts of people who do it repeatedly. If your post was removed and you think that was a mistake, reply to our email and we will look again.
